Privacy Policy

1. What is collected

• Date, time and place of birth — required by the chart-based tools (full life reading, synastry, relationship pattern check, Prashna). Card draws do not need them.
• A second person’s birth details — synastry asks you to enter another person’s date, time and place of birth. Please make sure you have the right to provide them. We use them only for that one calculation, never build a separate record for that person, and never use them for anything else; they are deleted together with the reading.
• Gender — some traditional rules of interpretation distinguish it, and it is used to make the reading fit better.
• Email — used only for sign-in and order notices. We do not send marketing email.
• The question you write — the sentence you type when using Prashna or Lenormand.

• Access logs: IP address, browser type, time of visit and pages viewed
• A random identifier kept in your browser, used to hold your results while signed out and to limit free usage

We do not collect your legal name, government ID, phone number, contacts or location history, and we do not read anything else on your device.

2. How it is used

• Birth details and the question you write are used to calculate and generate your reading
• Your email is used for sign-in verification and order notices
• Access logs are used to diagnose faults and prevent abuse

We do not sell your information to third parties, use it for ad targeting, or link it to your social accounts.

3. Who can see it

To run the service, these kinds of providers necessarily handle some data:

• Cloud database and server hosting — storing your account and your readings
• Email delivery — sending sign-in codes
• Payment processing — handling payment (we never see or store your card or payment account details)
• Content generation — turning the calculated results into readable text

These providers may process the data only as needed to provide the service, and for no other purpose.

Beyond that, we disclose information only where the law requires it.

Advertising: Google AdSense uses cookies to collect browsing behaviour for ad delivery. We provide it with no birth details, no reading content and none of the questions you write.

4. How long it is kept

• Readings and reports: kept until you delete them, or you close your account
• A second person’s birth details: attached to that synastry record. Deleted with it, never kept separately
• Records made while signed out: cleared automatically after 90 days
• Sign-in codes: expire after 5 minutes, deleted on use
• Access logs: kept for 90 days
• Transaction records: kept as accounting and tax rules require

5. Your rights

• See — your account page lists every reading
• Delete — the account page has “delete all my records”, which clears everything and cannot be undone
• Close your account — email lrr494906826@outlook.com and we will delete your account and its data within 7 working days
• Correct — if the birth details were wrong, chart-based tools allow one free correction from the result page

If you are in the UK, the EU or another region with comparable data protection law, the rights above apply to you regardless of where the site is operated. To exercise them, use the account page or write to the address above.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use one cookie for sign-in, and one random identifier in your browser’s local storage to hold results while you are signed out. Neither is used for advertising, and neither is shared.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, where people arrive from, and where they leave. It sets a cookie holding an anonymous identifier to tell returning visitors from new ones. We do not send it your birth details, your readings or the text of your questions — only page addresses and a few action names such as “chart cast” or “unlock clicked”.

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to select ads based on your visits here and elsewhere. Those cookies are set and read by Google; we cannot access their contents, and we provide no birth details, readings or question text to advertisers.

You can turn off personalised advertising at Google’s Ad Settings page (adssettings.google.com). Ads still appear, they are just no longer selected from your browsing history. You can also manage third-party advertising preferences at aboutads.info.

Clearing your browser data makes results saved while signed out unrecoverable. Signing in is the safer way to keep them.

7. Minors

This site is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you are a guardian and find that a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

When using synastry, if the second person is a minor, please make sure you are their guardian or have a guardian’s consent.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sign-in codes are stored hashed, so our database holds no usable plaintext code. That said, no system can promise absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

When this policy is updated, the date at the top of the page changes. Significant changes to how information is used will be announced on the site or by email.
