1. What this service is

zhanle.app (“the site”) offers readings drawn from traditional divinatory systems. In English these are Vedic astrology (birth chart, synastry, relationship pattern check, Prashna) and Lenormand cards. Different tools need different details: chart-based tools need a date, time and place of birth; card-based tools need only the question you write down.

This is a content service, not a prediction service. Everything here belongs to cultural interpretation and self-inquiry. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or relationship advice, and it should not be the basis for any significant decision.

2. Conditions of use

You must be 18 or older, or have a guardian’s consent. Using the site means you have read and accepted these terms and the privacy policy.

You may not use the site to:

• offer paid fortune-telling or similar commercial services to others using content from this site
• scrape, copy or resell content generated here in bulk
• use content from this site to induce, intimidate or defraud anyone
• do anything unlawful where you are

3. Free and paid

Charts, card meanings and the first-screen conclusions are free to view, with a possible daily limit.

Full written readings unlock with credits. Credits do not expire. Current prices, in US dollars:

• Single reading $3.99 — 1 report credit
• Pack of 3 $8.99 — 3 report credits
• Pack of 10 $19.99 — 10 report credits
• Everything pass $34.99 — 30 report credits, plus 30 question credits
• Question credits $1.99 for 1, $6.99 for 10, $13.99 for 30 — shared by Prashna and Lenormand

There are two separate balances and they cannot be swapped. Report credits cover the full life reading and the relationship pattern check at 1 credit each; synastry calculates two charts and uses 2 — a single reading is not enough to unlock it. Question credits cover Prashna and Lenormand at 1 credit each. Once unlocked, a reading stays readable with no further charge, and the cost is always shown before you unlock.

Prices are charged in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee.

4. Refunds

• Credits bought but not used: full refund within 7 days of purchase
• Readings already generated: delivered instantly as digital content, and not refundable
• Wrong birth time: every chart-based report includes one free correction and regeneration, at no extra cost
• Content that failed to generate because of a fault on our side: the credit is returned to your account

5. Accounts

Sign-in is by email code; there is no password. Please look after your email account — anyone who can receive the code can sign in as you.

You can delete your records from your account page at any time. Deletion cannot be undone, unlocked readings go with them, and credits already spent are not returned.

6. Content ownership

The readings generated for you are yours to read, keep and share with friends. No further permission is needed.

The calculation methods, the card and stick selection rules, the criteria tables, the page design, the sample content and the reference material on this site belong to the site, and may not be copied in bulk, republished or used commercially without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no promise about the accuracy of any conclusion drawn.

Any decision you make with reference to this content, and its consequences, are yours. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for any loss arising from use of or inability to use the service; where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you actually paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top of the page changes with them. Significant changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the service means accepting the updated terms.
